This year, the concert was organized under the banner of: "The native language of Belorussian - it is Belorussian". The Organizers drew attention to the problem of neglecting the Belorussian language: closing down Belorussian newspapers, schools,omnipresence of the Russian language on the streets as well as in the public institutions. That is why, on 30th of March, Warsaw was speaking Belorussian!
